Palate : fleshy structure, complex, expressing woody and roasted aromas, a very beautiful persistence.

With the 2016 vintage, a new approach with the elaboration of wines without added sulphites is implemented. The 2018 vintage reveals freshness and purity of aromas.

Robe : deep purple.
Nose : aromatic, fine, morello cherry, violet whose expression is amplified with aeration.
Palate : fresh, fleshy, minerality, good balance.
This wine being unfiltered, it may present a slight natural deposit that does not affect its qualities.
